Cowslip tea have a soothing, antitussive, anti-inflammatory and diaphoretic effect. Tea is useful for the treatment of inflammation of the trachea and bronchi, to soften the cough, reduce the feeling of irritation and dryness in the respiratory tract. It also helps with migraine-type headaches, nervousness and insomnia. Pansy leaves are an excellent source of vitamins that help strengthen the body. Making tea: ~ 1.5 tsp. tea is poured with 200 ml of hot water. Allow to infuse for 6-7 minutes.
